ABOUT.

Rehnoma: Respect, Empowerment, Honesty, Networking, OPEN, Mentoring, and Ambition – all tools that will enable us to be successful community leaders. We bring together strong, dynamic, and versatile female leaders from various industries – academia, healthcare, finance, technology, and entrepreneurship -- to unpack the crucial questions: What is leadership? What does it take to be a good leader? What are the struggles, challenges, and triumphs that come with being a leader? Gender limitations are still very much a limitation in corporate America -- what are the issues these constructs pose and how can we work to pave the road ahead for balance in the workplace? Through thoughtful dialogue, inspiring lectures, and interactive workshops, we hope to fuel meaningful discussion and prepare future leaders for tomorrow’s professional landscape.

Rehnoma is open to all mid- and young professionals, both men and women. Come and take part in a full day of discussion and reflection with our esteemed women leaders, hone your leadership skills, and mingle with other aspiring entrepreneurs and ambitious minds. Our speakers, panelists, and workshop facilitators hail from a range of backgrounds—from biotechnology and medicine to economic litigation, marketing, and fine cooking—but they are all strong and successful leaders, each with a unique journey and rich variety of perspective and experience. Join us as we explore topics of networking, mentorship, the phases of leadership, and the theme of the glass ceiling as we further explore what makes a leader in today’s workplace.
